These locations are for those with a solid stomach and not faint of heart. You’re not at you cottage diving cliff anymore.

  1. La Quebrada Cliffs, Mexico – A group called the La Quebrada Cliff Divers performs death-defying dives nightly, with torches lighting the rock walls.
  2. Wolfgangsee, Austria – The Red Bull Wolfgangsee Cliff Diving contest takes place here with dives of 100 feet.
  3. Ponte Brolla, Switzerland – World High Diving Federation held their European Cliff Diving Championships here – and it’s a place best left to the professionals. A very dangerous spot.
  4. Red Rocks Park, Vermont – Picturesque, but scary, with 80 foot jumps off red rocks and into icy water.
  5. Tar Creek Falls, California – The narrow canyon and walls of this jump are what make it hazardous to your health.
  6. Angora Lakes, Nevada – The 70-foot cliffs here may look tame compared to the others, but looks can be deceiving.
  7. Lighthouse Park, British Columbia – The lake is cold and the cliffs are high.
